Golden Blue Striping Tape Nail Art

Hello Folks, another day with striping tape nail art. Last time, I had shared digital striping tape nail art. That was one of my favorite  nail art that is a combination of colorful pattern and striping tape. Today, I am back with a golden blue striping tape nail art.

So, let's start this nail art tutorial.

Things Required:

First of all, collect all required products with you for the ease of your nail art work.

1. Nail polish colors: Golden and blue.
2. Striping tape (I bought from ebay India).
3. A small piece of tape with half-circle cutting (you can do by yourself with ease).
4. Top coat (preferably fast drying).

Steps For Nail Art:

Step 1: Primarily, apply blue nail polish on the third finger nail. My suggestion is to apply two coat for the base of your nail polish and let it dry completely. Now, apply tape with half circle on your nail, as shown in the photo.
Now, take a golden nail polish and cover half circle, as shown in the photo. Then, remove tape from your nail.

Step 2: Now, let's move to striping tape nail art part. We will make a contrast nail art and apply two coats of golden nail polish on the rest of the nails. Let it dry completely.

Step 3: Then, take small pieces of striping tape and paste of your nails as shown in the photo. You can create your own pattern as well.

Step 4: Now, apply blue nail polish carefully on your nails. Try to prevent cuticles for a clean nail art. Let it dry properly.

Step 5: Finally, remove striping tape and apply top coat for long lasting nail art.







Additions:

You can apply rhinestones to give an extraordinary look to nail art and mesmerize everyone.

Digital Nail Art With Striping Tape

Hello friends, today I am back with another nail art with striping tape. Previously, I had shown you a colorful striping tape nail art. I got really good comments on this nail art. So, I thought to share another striping tape nail art.

This digital nail art design is inspired from Tata Photon login page.. lol!! Everyone must be wondering about it. So, let's start working on this nail art step by step:

Things Required:

 For this nail art with striping tape, you must have some nail art products:

1. Some bright nail polish colors: red, pink, purple, blue, green, yellow and white.
2. Striping tape (I bought from ebay India)
3. Top coat (preferably fast dry)

Steps for nail art:

First of all, remove old nail polish and clean your nails properly.

Step 1: The first step is to apply white nail polish for the base of this digital nail art with striping tape. I would suggest you to apply two coats of white nail polish for perfect base of your nail art. Now, let it dry completely. As I always say, it is very important that your base is completely dry when you are working on taping nail art. Otherwise, the tape will take off nail paint with it. For fast dry, you can use the nail polish dryer. It will take 30 seconds to dry your nail polish.

Step 2: Now, cut a few pieces of striping tape and apply on your nails as shown in the photo. You can be creative and make your own design.

Step 3: Next step is to apply different nail polish colors in the pattern, as shown in the photo. Let your nail polish dry.

Step 4: Remove striping tape carefully after nail polish is completely dry.

Step 5: Repeat step 3 and step 4.

Step 6: Apply top coat to add a shine in your nail and make it long lasting.

Colorful Striping Tape Nail Art

I am trying Striping Tape Nail Art technique from a couple of weeks and my nail art is getting neat and clean now. The best thing I like about this nail art technique is the clean and crisp lines those we can draw on our nails. Yeah...!! we can draw lines with nail art pen but they are not so clean and sometimes, a little mistake can spoil your complete nail art.

So, lets start this colorful striping tape nail art tutorial.

Things Required:

For this nail art, you need to have few nail art products as follows:

• Nail polish colors: pink, green, purple, yellow, blue and black.
• Top Coat (preferably fast drying).
• Striping Tape (I have brought from ebay India).

Steps For Nail Art:

First of all, clean your nails with thinner and remove old nail polish.

Step 1: The first step is to apply different nail polish colors for the base of your nail art. Apply two coats of your nail polish color to give a bright color look. You have to use bright and light colors for base of this nail art so that they can pop-up later.

I have applied 3 nail polish colors on 1 nail. You can apply single color as well if you are beginner as applying multiple color requires finishing and some practice. Let it dry completely before moving ahead.

Step 2: Take any color striping tape and cut in small pieces. Keep them a little longer than your nails. These striping tapes are self adhesive. So, you can easily paste them on your nails.

Step 3: Now, apply black nail polish on your nails. Apply it carefully and let it dry.

Step 4: Once your black nail polish is completely dry then you can remove striping tape. Remove it gradually one by one.

Step 5: I had left third finger nail to try something else. On this nail, simply apply two vertical strips of striping tape. Keep the length of striping tape a little shorter than your nails. If you keep them longer then they will get-ff soon.







Step 6: Now, apply top coat to lock your nail art and keep it for long term. It will also add shine to your nails.

Silver And Green Striping Tape Nail Art With Floral Print

This striping tape nail art tutorial is perfect to give a cool look to simple looking nail art. You can create sharp, straight and clean lines with this tutorial. It is a beginner level nail art and any one can create it without practice.

Things required:

For this nail art, you have to collect few important things required:

• Nail Polish Colors: Dark Green and Silver.
• Top Coat (fast drying preferable).
• Striping tape. (I have brought from eBay India)
• A piece of sponge.

Steps for Nail Art:

Before starting, you need to make some preparation as follows:

• Cut 20 small strips of striping tape. These stripes must be a little bit longer than your nails.

First of all, clean your nails with the remover if there is any old nail polish applied.

Step 1: Now, apply silver nail paint. I would suggest you to apply two coats of this nail paint to give a finishing effect to your nail art base. Let your nail paint base dry completely so that you can get best result.

Step 2: Now, apply pieces of striping tapes on your nails as shown in the picture. Try to keep the distance between two stripes equivalent to give a professional look.

Step 3: We will use sponge nail art technique for this step. You can simply apply nail polish with brush but I prefer sponge effect mainly because it dries quickly and we don't need to wait before proceeding with next step.

Step 4: Now, remove striping tape carefully from your nails. Do not hurry and try to remove striping tapes before nail paint dries. It will spoil all of your efforts. So, let it dry.










Step 5: Finally, apply top coat to lock your nail art and make it long lasting. It will also enhance the look of your nail art by giving a shiny look and professional touch.





















Some Additions:

As you can see, I have created floral print on thumb and third finger nail to give a unique touch. You can also add rhinestones in the middle of flowers to give a jewel look.

Heart Nail Art With Tape

Nail art with tape is an easy way to create stunning designs those look so professional. you don't need to worry if you are not good in creating fine and crisp lines. You can use scotch tape or cello tape to create several designs.

Do you love hearts? Do you want hearts on your nails? Well I have an easy tutorial for you to create heart nail art with tape or stickers.

Things required:

1. Nail polish colors: White, light pink and red.
2. Circular stickers or you can cut scotch tape in small circles.
3. Fast drying top coat

Steps for Nail Art:
Before you start work on this nail art with tape, you have to do some preparation as follows:

• Cut scotch tape in 10 small circular shapes. You can also buy circular stickers from market. They are easily available.
• If you use nail polish frequent on your nails, then I would recommend you to take care of your nails as well. I do massage my nails with olive oil 1-2 hour before applying nail polish.
• Clean your nails with nail polish remover and remove old nail polish.

Step 1: Apply white nail polish as the base for your nail art. I do prefer two coats of nail polish for better result. Let it dry completely. Take time and do not proceed until it dries for best result.

Step 2: Take two circular tapes and paste first on second as shown in the picture. Stick tape on your hand for 2-3 times to lower down its stickiness. Otherwise, it will take off your nail polish. Now, apply circular tape on your nails as shown in the picture.




 

Step 3: Now, apply pink nail polish on your nails carefully. Let it dry completely. Do not hurry!!

Step 4: Remove tape from your nails and paste it on a plastic surface.

Step 5: Again, paste tape tape on your nails. This time paste it on pink nail polish. Now, apply red nail polish on the tip of your nails, as shown in the picture.

Step 6: Take off stickers and apply top coat for long lasting and shiny nail art.









Some Additions:

As shown in the picture, you can give some detailing to your nail art with nail art pen. I recommend, do not try it directly on your heart nail art with tape if you are doing it for the first time. A small mistake can spoil all of your efforts and completed nail art design. With this black outline, you can also make the shape of hearts clear.

Green and Pink Half moon striping tape nail art

Previously, I had shown you a tutorial on purple and blue striping tape nail art. Today, I am back with another nail art with tape design. Striping tape nail art is one of the easiest DIY nail art technique and a beginner can easily do it.

This nail art can take a little bit longer time as application of several coats of nail polish can take 1-2 hours to dry completely. Its great if you have fast drying top coat or nail paint dryer.

Things required:

• Nail polish colors: pink and green
• Top coat (fast dry optional)
• Striping tape (buy from eBay India)
• Circular stickers or tape cuttings

Steps for Nail art:

Before you start, you need to do some preparation.

• Cut 5 small half-circular tapes
• Cut 15-20 pieces of striping tape equivalent to your nail length.

These tapes will help in creating your nail art design by covering different sections of your nails

Step 1: First of all, apply two coats of green nail polish and let it dry completely. Do not do hurry at this step, otherwise result will not be satisfactory.

Step 2: Now, stick half-circular tape to your nails as shown in the picture. Reduce the stickiness of tape by pressing it on hand for few times. Otherwise, it will tape away your nail polish. Then, paste three-four pieces of striping tape on your nails.

Step 3: Now, apply pink nail polish on your nails carefully. Do not apply thick layer of pink nail polish because it will take more time in drying. Let it dry completely, only then remove tape from your nails.

Step 4: Here is the final result. Apply top coat to lock your nail art and keep it for long term.









Some Additions:

You can add-on some glitter or rhinestones to your nail art. I have added some glitters on the half moon on this nail art. Remove extra glitters and lock it with top coat for long lasting.

Purple and blue Striping Tape Nail Art

Designer nails can actually give you a chic and fashionable look. You can experiment different nail art designs and colors according to the changing season. Of course, professional nail art is professional, but you can also try DIY nail art designs at home with your friends. Yes, you will require some inexpensive nail art tools like striping tape, dotting tool, nail art pens, gliters and how we can forget about swarovski and rhinestones. With the time and practice, you will become perfect with your nail art designs and able to create any complex nail art design easily.
 

Even I am a learner and I tried this nail art with striping tape today. So, I thought to share it with my friends.

For this nail art, we will require:

1. Purple and Blue matte nail polish colors
2. Matte light purple nail polish color
3. Pink Glittery nail polish color
4. Striping tape (I bought from eBay India)
5. Rhinestones
6. Top coat

As I say in my every nail art tutorial, do clean and nourish your nails with olive oil. Whenever you change your nail polish, do give a 5 minute massage to your nails. It will keep your nails strong without cosmetic products.


Now, apply matte blue and purple nail polish on your nails. Apply two coats of both nail polish. It will create the perfect base for your nail art.

Let your nail polish dry completely. There is no benefit of moving ahead because results will not be good if your nail polish is not completely dried. So, give sometime and let it dry first. You can also keep your fingers in ice-cold water for few seconds. It will dry your nail polish quickly.

Now, apply striping tape to your nails. I have used silver striping tape, you can use any color for it. Keep the size of striping tape a bit longer on all fingers, except middle finger. You have to keep its size almost equal to your nail size.

Next step is to apply contrast nail polish on your nails but keep your middle finger nail as it is. On middle finger nail, we will apply pink glitter and light pink matte nail polish, as you can see in the photo. Let your nail polish dry completely for better result.

 After this, you have to remove striping tape from all nails carefully, not middle finger nail. Now, with the help of glue (use top coat or base coat for sticking rhinestones) paste some rhinestones on your nails. If you don't have rhinestones, then you can leave your nails as it is. It is an additional step to enhance the look of your nails. I have used pink stone for middle finger and white for rest. You can try something else as well.

The final step is to finalize your nail art i.e. apply top coat. Top coat helps in keeping your nail art long lasting and give shiny and chic look to your nails.

Yellow Black Polka Dots with Striping Tape Nail Art

One of the most common current fashion trend is nail art. You can easily create DIY nail art, provided if you are creative and have keen interest in it. Today's fashion involves ornaments, exotic apparels as well as mesmerizing nail decors.

During ancient times, bees wax, gelatin, juices from trees and gum Arabic were used to color nails. but these days, there is a long list of options available with style and perfection. If we talk about professional nail art then they are expensive as well as you have to go to a saloon for it and it is not possible in hurry.

So, why not learn for easy yet stunning DIY nail art techniques. The easiest method of nail art can be done with help of Striping Tape. If you are creative then you can easily create numerous designs and patterns with striping tape.


Previously, I had shown you Sponge effect for gradient finish. In this tutorial, I will explain you a step by step tutorial for DIY nail art that will not take more than 5 minutes.

Lets start first with cleaning and nourishing your nails with olive oil. Then, apply base coat for better look.

Now, I used yellow nail polish for base of my nail art. It is a bright yellow color. I always prefer bright colors for base of my nail art. They give a mesmerizing look to my nail art. Your nail art base must be completely dry. You can use ice-cold water for quick drying your nail polish. Just put your fingers in ice-cold water for few seconds and your nail polish will be hard dry.

Next step is to use a nail art dotting tool for the polka dots on your nails. I bought them from eBay India. If you are not a resident in India then you can get the best deal on ebay.com. I have used black nail polish for polka dots. You can use any other nail polish color for it that goes with your outfit.

Don't worry if your polka dots are not perfect. Perfection takes time and whatever you wear, is a fashion. Let your nail polish dry.


Now, take some striping tape and apply on your third nail in horizontal direction and keep the difference unequal. Have a look.

Now, apply black nail polish on your third finger carefully. I do prefer thin nail polish for striping nail art because they give better result. It must look like this:

Let your black nail polish completely dry. Otherwise the result will not be as good as we expect. Once your nail polish is dried then remove striping tapes carefully from your third nail. The result will be amazing like:

Once you are done with it, then apply top coat to give lustrous finish to your nail art. It will add-on a shine and perfection to your nails.
